Default headers installed tomorrow at 4.

as my tune is feeling back to normal after putting 200 somehting miles on it. i will be adding the lts and ory tomorrow after work.. i got the pb blaster and im going to have a lift and air tools. any suggestions?

as far as exhaust goes im going to re-do mine.. im going to get rid of the 50 series and just throw a long *** 3 inch magnaflow on there and have a single pipe from the ory pipe back to the rear axle and dump the bitch.

my next buy for the truck is most likely 410s with the eaton locker.. after that will be the flt lvl 5 w/ a stall then a cam of about 220 220 112lsa. not sure yet. still have to do more research on cams.. this will all happen before summer hopefully.

i got this guy with a stock hemi CC that says he will eat me alive.. ill be racing him after the header install.. ill let u guys kno whats up tomorrow .

will i see the gains right away or does the computer have to learn the new flow of the exhaust?

I felt a difference after I re-tuned it, after the install.

Hemi's have a good 0-30 but after that they suck, unless there pretty modded. He'll prolly get you from a dig but from a roll you should win!

good luck with the install.

The ORy was a bigger pain in the butt, then anything for me.

i got the w4m retune already in.. cuz it sucked without the tune, (even tho it was only a w4m ) my main concern is taking down the hemi.. gears is what im really looking forward to.

You should be fine beating the Hemi if it is from a 20 or more roll. He will probable win from a dig though. I love taking on Hemi's on the freeway. They rethink there truck choice after I beat them from 60 or 70 to 120 easily.

well i did it with a little bit of help.. a lift and snap on tools ftw..

they sound so good.. i would say the loudness is a 6.5 out of 10 and before was 3.5 or so. at idle its barely noticable, past 2k or so it gets serious and wot, wow its great.. the hardest part was the driver side bolt closest to the firewall. i feel a good mid range difference at 3-4k and some top end as well.

now about the w4m tune.. its been 350 miles easy. i told him to take out 50% tm and turn off abuse mode. i still barely burn out. and i got this orange light thats right above the tach... im guessing the o2 code?? i told him to delete those... or is it something else?

anyways great mod. next is the locker with 410s.

Do your headers make a pop sound lightly accelerating around 2000rpms?

It could be ""on" because of the fact you don't have rear 02s. or it may have set a code for something totally different. Just get your code pulled by someone with a scanner and we can tell you if W4M actually turned off the part of the computer that recognizes the rear 02s.
