Default Headers Without Tune?

I have just recieved my pacesetter LT's. I know it is better to install them along with a custom tune, but I'm am thinking about just installing them now instead of waiting on a tune which will be comming up later this month. Is this a bad thing? I know I wont see the maximum ammount of gains, and I will throw the SES light, but other than that it cant cause to much harm can it?
Thanks in advance

You will be fine. Gas mileage may go to for a while since you will probably be running rich, but it won't hurt anything.

Yes I think you will notice a difference. Theoretically once the LTFT's get readjusted after the swap your fueling should be back in the normal range. It will still be best to get tuned for the headers though so you are not having to rely so heavily on the fuel trims to make large adjustments.

Yeah I have had my Pacesetter LT's and ORY installed now for a week without a tune. The gas mileage is crappy but I really can feel the power gains. I won't get my tune till next week sometime.
