Default heads/cam advice

Hey guys I have a set of fully ported heads from my 5.3 litter shave .30 with 2.05 1.57 valves. Right now I have a stock 6.0 in my truck would these heads be good for a n/a combo with the right cam ? And if so what would be a good cam for this ? I will be spraying a little on top of this . I just need some more power before I finish my turbos.

Your compression ratio would move from 9.4:1 to 10.75:1 with the ported heads.

Give them a shot. Use stock 6L gaskets. Run good gas and a cooler plug.

I would like to throw some spray on these too I have a 5 gallon fuel cell for a stand alone nitrous system so should I run arp headbolts to keep the heads down ? Also any suggestions on a good cam ?

Not sure what all is offered for the 6.0 but i chose to go with stock gm graphite gaskets for my 5.3 over the thicker MLS gasket. You can also get an aftermarket graphite identical to the gm's from napa for a lot less. You other aftermarket options would be felpro and cometic. With a .030 shaved 5.3 head with larger valves, you may want to go with one of the thicker headgaskets available if you go with a cam that has some good lift and duration.
