Default heads and intake questions

well i asked the same questions on my build but dont seem to be getting to many people looking at it so i figured id just come over here and see if anyone has any input.

first off heres the link to my build if anyones interested
https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...-511827/page3/

but my truck is a 99 sierra ecsb z71 5.3 4l60. i just did my cam headers and stall.
went with the tr220, circle d 3000, also just got my full exhaust true duals form headers back with no cats. but this upcoming summer i would like to change out my heads and intake

alot of people i see on here tell people to run 243/799 with the tbss intake. was wondering if this is what yall would also suggest for my setup.
or what about this intake
Fast LSx 92mm Intake Manifold - Black
and this tb

pretty much just looking for any help or suggestions from all of yall that have already done these kind of upgrades.

If yall have anymore questions about my truck just ask and thanks for the help guys.

Get 243-799 heads. Only if you want the fast rt. But i wouldnt buy a 900 dollar intake not wroth the 26 rwhp or how ever much it makes. Tbss be fine imop . But if your going to use your 5.3 you have to mill the 243-799 to at least. 030

I would never buy any fast intake for the price they want for them. There's other ways of making power for less money..

If your using the tbss fuel rails.your going to need a 99-04 Corvette fuel fliter only 50 buck shipped on summit! Intake gasket. And 4 bolt throttle body for the tbss intake.for the heads. Head gasket and bolts get your gasket from the dealer($100) but don't get your bolts from them they will *** rape you! Part store has head bolts for like 20 bucks aside.
