Looks like a nice mean well thought out combo. That lil 4.8 is going to be full of **** 'n' vinegar that's for sure. Any word from Ed how long it's going to take to get your cam? I bet 2 weeks or so since he checks them out before sending it to you to make sure it's exactly the way it's supposed to be. Your 90mm intake looks like one of those ebay take off's. It looks just like mine I plan on putting in my FTI cam maybe next weekend if I can get my truck out of storage (backyard is like a swamp with the thawing going on) and maybe I'll get to the intake if I'm lucky. For you I would have liked to seen the heads/cam be installed, dyno'd, raced and then lastly swap the intake, retune, dyno and race Keep us up to date as to how everything is coming along!

Looks like a plan Corey. Are you going to run the stock injectors or do you think you'll need to step them up some?

Thanks man, no word from Ed yet I am not to worried I am sure it will be a couple of weeks... Yep the 90mm intake is a ebay take off, i don't think it was ever run, got it for a steal too, and if it does not work out, it should be pretty easy to sell..

I am running stock LS1 injectors 28.8, long story why... But with my current setup i am running about 84% at 6600 @ 12.6-7 AFR.... Depending on what the new setup does I might be switching to some 8.1 marines...

Looks like a nice thought out build, I like that intake, and those heads are sweet When are you going to know the specs on the cam?

Hey, while you have it apart, you might want to build a "dam" of RTV aound the knock sensor connectors to help keep moisture out and save the connectors from getting corroded, there's a TSB in reference to this
