Default heater core control bypass...how to unclamp lines????

this is on a 5.3... on the passenger side of the waterpump, a hose comes to a "T", one hose goes to the overflow/fill tank, and the other hose goes to the heater core... my questions is where the hose goes to the heater core it is clamped on somehow and im not sure how to get it off???

Kinda confused about the question, are you talking about right at the water pump where the front line splits off from the core to the surge tank??? Why are you trying to disassemble that line???

Or are you just trying to get the quick connect fitting off of the heater core end, in that case you will need the special tool to release the line
