Default HEEEEEEEELLLLLPP!!!! Please

Ok i just got to put on my shanner S2, the problem s that it came from a Camero and it seems the throttle is staying open instead of closing all the way and being able to idle!!! The problem also looks like the actual wing on the throttlw body that routes the wire is bigger then my stock one thus not allowing it to stay closed when theres no gas pedal being applyed!! Can anyone help me out what do i do????

I thought the Throttle bodies from F bobys and trucks werent interchangable?? Did you specify that you had a truck??

Im sure someone else who has a 100% definate answer will chime in, but Im pretty sure that they are not interchangable. 02Denali may have a more certain answer since he has a redone throttle body on his truck

If your throttle is not closing all the way you could try moving the first bracket the cables run into from the throttle body on top of the intake. Move this bracket forward.
I had to do this twice, 1st when I put bbk throttle body on and 2nd when I put a motorvator spacer on. Move forward toward the radiator then the blade will close. Probably have moved mine forward now about 2 to 3 inches.
Hope this works.

Talking

i have a shanerported tb. and i think the one i got was for a camaro also. all i had to do was bend the tube back some that went to the valve cover hose. you need to look and see if the cable holder is bigger. if it is then it will not work. shaner is a nice guy. give him a call and see what he says.
