I will see if I can take some pictures of the truck this weekend. We just got her running again and she ripps with the 2700 stall. Cant keep the tires from boiling. The thing is worse than my Lightning. Having the old tires does not help either. I am going to be puting on AP racing brakes on her with some 18 so I will be able to get a better tire on her so this should help out with the traction problem. Does anyone launch older trucks on 4 wheel drive? This would help in 1st gear obviously. Wondering if everything will take the power and abuse. Thanks,
Hunter

Don't know if transfer case will take it. but front end should hold. How much power we talking here?

On the newer trucks, pretty much all the 3/4 ton and 1 tons Dmax or 8.1 launch 4x4 drive. Up to you.

with the GV is it an instant shift going to the OD gears
how would it work at the track
seems like it shouldnt drop below 4500 or so
which should be a huge improvement in ET's
I was thinking of getting this and a th400
if mine decides to die

I believe that you can set it up a few different ways. I am working with the full throttle switch with the gv right now. When i am wicked it won't go into overdrive but when crusin it goes into overdrive when you reach either a certian speed or a certian gear.

Hey,

Nice to see another BBC guy around. Also another BBC guy running the FAST ecu. Tell me more about your setup. What heads/cam/compression? What size injectors are you running? Which FAST ecu, bank-bank, sequential, wide band?
