buy pacesetter LTs and OR-y pipe, a CAI, a custom tune, a stall. then if your not happy, get a spec'd cam

everything ive listed is EASY to install if you can change your own oil or brakes

the Tune would be very noticeable. the LTs will react very well from 30+ the stall will help out the hole and from a dig. the cam will be very well for all around.

like i said, if you aint got the funds to do everything at once then id do the LT/OR-y and a Tune at the same time. then do the CAI, then the Stall, then a cam. but you have to decide what gears your gonna stay with. 3:73s or 4:10s just my .02

my CCSB is 14.4 @ 94.89mph
5.3/60
TRUCKSHOP Tune
4" CAI
90mm TB
Pacesetter LTs/OR y
Magnaflow exhaust
Circle D 3200/Vette Servos
3:42s/ G80

The gains from headers are very noticeable, I just installed a pair for the first time ever on my tahoe. I say get headers and tune it to take out some torque management out and that max will be a new animal

I have a 2007 V-Max. Get it tuned and turn the torque management OFF. You won't believe how much faster it is.

tune will be most notable on GM trucks cause of said torque management but be careful. dont remove too much tm while running a stock transmission. do the lt w/ory and a good cat back exhaust. save up for a good stall converter cause that should be next. gears should be fine for now if its a dd.
