Like everyone said, YOU NEED A TUNE!! A tune will fix you power problems and fix the check engine light with no cats.

TUNE!

not TUNE UP. TUNE UP is new plugs n wires. TUNE is reprogramming the PCM to operate according to the requirements of your cam.
I have that same cam in my 5.3 ECSB on 20"s and you can definitely tell a difference in power.
Your AFR should be 14.8 in cruise and 12.8 at WOT

You can get o2 simulators. but you need a tune anyway for your cam so just have the tuner shut off the o2's

no need for the simulators, a simple tune will get rid of it..

get a costume reprogramming tune for your motor.if they don't have a place their we have a lot of people here that do mail orders, you call them and tell them what you have
and they can make you a tune and send you a pcm and you send them yours back.

If I were you, I would take a few days and read over as much of the material on this site as you can before asking anything else..Everything you have asked here in this thread can be found with just a few hours of reading on this site..
