Default HELP!!! Bank 1 lean

I have been having a problem with my truck hesitating/surging REALLY BAD. It would actually send my head forward after 2100 revs. I originally checked out my real time data using my Predator and the only thing I saw out of the ordinary was that my MAF was surging. I checked out the MAF and even put my Granatelli back on but it was the same thing. Then I read about people burning up their fuel pumps by running low on gas and running the engine hard for a long time. I thought I burned mine up because I was running really low on gas in the mountains while towing ~1200 lbs.

Yesterday, I installed a Walbro 255 and I was still having the same problem but not as bad. I decided to check the RT data again and I found that Bank 1 is running really lean. ~30-50mV when I floor it. It should be ~800mV!!! It's not bad when the engine is cold but once it warms up, it gets really bad.

What would cause just bank 1 to run lean but not bank 2? Which side is bank 1, driver or passenger?

Thanks,
J.R.

I've heard of 02 sensors causing some weird things to happen, it's a possibility.

I thought about that but both Bank 1 sensors are reading nearly the exact same. If it was a o2 sensor, wouldn't it just be one of them?

are your injectors unplugged on that side ??, or is there a MASSIVE exhaust leak before the first 02 sensor ??

I visually checked the intake. It looks good. I've been listening for an exhaust leak but I don't hear one.

I'm thinking it might be something with the fuel. How is the regulator set up? Does it feed each bank individually or does it have one outlet then split to each bank? Where is the regulator???

Regulator is on the rail...if it screw up you won't get fuel to ANY injector. check electrical to the injectors

I did a quick check of the electrical plugs to all the injectors this morning as I was heading to work. Tomorrow I take a better look. I'm on duty today so I'm stuck on the ship and I can only gather info today and check it out tomorrow.

Is bank 1 on the passenger or driver side?
