1200-6000 for the Comp 212/218 low lift
1300-6300 for the Comp 216/220
1400-6700 for the Comp 212/218 high lift
1500-6500 for the TR220
Note the 100 RPM increment at the low-end of these cams' power curves. Most will tell you that you need a higher stall for the TR220, but not for the Comp 212/218 low lift (although having one will only help). Whether the middle two "need" a higher stall is left to interpolation (but again, having one will only help).

FWIW, the advertised RPM ranges for 4 popular 5.3L cams are:
1200-6000 for the Comp 212/218 low lift
1300-6300 for the Comp 216/220
1400-6700 for the Comp 212/218 high lift
1500-6500 for the TR220

Best bet is to see what Circle D or Yank have to say about the converters they offer, what stall they rec for towing. Untill you know what stall you want your not going to settle for a cam... You are all over the place on what you want to do, the set up you want to run. Like I said make your mind up and do it. You are not going to have the best NA cam, expect it to be the best with a turbo.. At best you need to try and hit a median so you can enjoy it now and after you go turbo.. The diff in the high and low lift cams are exactly what they are listed as, one has high, one has a lower lift.. You really need to make up what converter you want.. You are doing circles

Correct.. You will need more HP to match a camaro. A cam setup might get you close.. You are less hp and weight in more then one.. You need $$$$$ to go fast, bottom line
