Smile Help with Cam identification?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a 1991 chevy s10 with a 400 small block chevy. The previous owner did not know anything about the engine aside from the fact that it was a 400 sbc. When checking out the cam, I wrote down all of the markings on it and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it.
What was written on it:
5 15
288296H10
H6783
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well we know its a 288/296 cam. The H6783 is the grind #. Try googling the grind with dashes in them like H-678-3 for example. Usually have dashes when searching grinds on google.

Might be an old 1990's crane cam or a pontiac bullet racing cam, but don't quote me on it.. Try researching more or maybe call crane to see if it is indeed a crane cam.
