Ahh, you could probably run 9psi(intercooled) on pump gas at that compression ratio.

My predictions is the cam will be back out in 3 days of being fired up. Way to big for a 4.8 in a 4x4 truck.Hey i maybe wrong but...we will see.

He's running a 6.0 I think. That is a big cam either way you look at it.

could be, i hope you are wrong but i knew it might be too big going into the project. i think the stall he enable it to run and drive but will i like it is another whole question. it is sized for a 409.

that cam will work fine in the 6.0, especially once parish gets the tuning down for it. i thought about ordering a custom grind (220/228 .590 112) for my 6.0, but i think i'm gonna put a hammer cam in it just for user friendliness for the time being. and then start a 409 project with a solid roller and a BIG cam/heads setup!!!!
