Sorry to bring up an old thread but I'm having the same problem except mine is kind of different in a way. It sounds almost identical to that video.

But when I first start my truck up in the morning the tick is not there, but after driving around for about 10 minutes it starts to come back, usually when I'm doing 50+ and will not go away until it is completely cooled down.

Now I used to have a 212/218 comp cam in my 6.0 and it did this very same thing and somehow I got it to stop after changing the oil a few times. But now I've swapped a tr224 in and it's back again. I've tried changing the oil once to some 10w30 and it's still there. It's completely fine when you first crank it up in the morning but then it comes back in 10 minutes. It sounds like it could be a lifter but I got to thinking could the yellow springs I'm running be the culprit? It says they are for a max .570 lift and the tr224 is a .563/.563 so I'm cutting it close. But the 212/218 I had before was the high lift version at .558/.563 and it eventually went away. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
