Default help me find a cam

2007 cc 4x4 vortec max ....My truck is a daily driver normally by my wife has 65k on the clock looking for a good mild cam swap to increase fuel millage and hp/torq lets here some sugestions please ..will be going in with the adition of pacesetters and wheatly tune ....would also like to keep vvti and dod ...
talked to comp today said that dod cams will be available in around a month

5.3 im guessing. a low lift 212/218 is always a good choice.

That'll be interesting to see what lobes they use as well as the profiles. Are you going to wait and see what they come out with first before deciding?

yeah im gona see what they have before i go ahead and delete it i seem to have no problem with the dod but i also dont see any advantage of it either dont think my millage is any better than an 06 lq9

wait and see how these cams act... but if it was me, id get a custom spec'd cam.. yes it cost a little more money, but in the end you get a cam designed for exactly what you want..
