if you arent worried about budget then id go Borla, if you are then id go Magnaflow out of these 2 choices. I have Flowmaster original 40 series and they flow and sound great. i havent heard what a 10 series sounds like though

I'm still stuck between the cam and headers now.. Got a friend who says mild cam first, then try headers if I feel like I don't have enough power.
I've got myself worried about breaking manifold bolts because I found one broken off inside the head the other day, and I never touched it. I don't like the looks of that!

Chances are you will break a few manifold bolts during the swap. It comes with the 152K mile territory I'm afraid. Nothing some heat, lubricant, and easy out or welded nut can't take care of though. You could also spray them all and let the soak over night to try to avoid breaking any. Just make sure you go slow when your pulling them out.
A great budget muffler that we just put on my dads truck is Full Boar Performance Max Flow SS muffler. It is the exact same case and design as Magnaflow costs less than $100 shipped. Check them out for a nice mellow tone at idle and cruising and a nice growl at WOT.
