You should still be showing at least a few lb's of boost. I would just check the obvious things first.

You do not need a smaller pulley and that cam isnt going to eat up any boost. It looks alot like the one Im putting in my new engine. I may be over simplifying things, but I really think you have a blockage or a leak or your bypass isnt closing. Dont mess with anything until you have checked and rechecked and then had someone else look over those things 20 times.

There should be no possible way that that cam is eating up all your boost. You have a problem somewhere but I don't think the cam is it.

i have looked and i can't find any leaks. and i can hear the BOV close and then when i let up of the gas i can hear it open.
the only thing that i could think of is that maybe the boost gauge is bad, but i still don't feel the power i should have.

the cam i put in is a big cam so i will loss some boost and i also have header so between the two i could see a loss of about 5-6psi but that means i should still see about 2-3 psi

but i just don't know were those 2-3 psi went

How is your cam a "big" cam?

Was it not designed for boost? If it was then you shouldn't be bleeding any off really. I ran a 226/220 cam on a 116LSA. I doubt I was "losing 6psi" somewhere.

If the cam is designed right you won't lose the boost. You'll just be making more HP with less measure backpressure in the manifold. Right now you're not seeing backpressure nor are you making extra HP.

Have you done any tests to see how much faster you are than before? Maybe your SOTPM is not dialed in correctly? LOL

the truck is faster then it was before just by seat of the pants. i and seeing like 25vac going down the highway and at ideal i see about 30-28vac and when i get on it i see about 1-2 vac
could maybe my gauge be bad?
but then i still don't feel the power i should be getting

I told comp everything i was going to do to my truck and they said that this cam would work great
