Default help picking a cam please

my fisrt time doing a cam so i have no idea really. it's for a 05 5.3 running ls6 valve springs. looking for something mild with a slight lope at idle.

i know it's a little backwards than the normal process, but i got a good deal on some new ls6 springs and wasn't really set on putting a cam in untill i found the springs.

That wouldn't work with the ls6 springs he got already.

96mcls are those the yellow ls6 springs?
There allot of cams that would work with those springs as long you stay under .570 on lift. 220tr would have nice lope but you would lose some bottom end.
