well with what hes doin i think it would be a waste for the money... the fast intakes are usefull but on a cam only engine why not spend maybe 400 on using a better stock intake that will give solid gains over using a 1200 dollar intake the might gain a few more hp over it on this type of engine... they have there place but on a cam only or even a c/h engine i just dont think i could justify it

Im gonna leave it be for the time being, and save the plenium for later.

Now my question, i have a 99 Cable driven truck, which I beleive has a different fuel system then the 06 silveraod its comming out of. One is returnless one isnt correct? How do I get around that? Just swtich fuel rails and call it a day? Or do i need a pressure regualtor etc?

Just run the intake off of the old engine or swap rails on the new intake. It should work.

sweetness, got it today. def a lq9 has flat tops. Im gonna start a new thread as I go if I have any questions I'll be able to get some answers from the pros
