Default Help!! Steering column problem.

My steering column will not lock when the ignition switch is in the lock pos.
Anyone know what could be causing this and kow hard it would be to fix it.
Kinda hard to adjust toe-in when the steering wheel wont stay in one position

I did the SAME exact thing with my last truck, an '02.

I would have swore on my LIFE that the thing locked, but sure enough, it didn't.
