Different pistons, and cam, and intake, but otherwise... basically yes.

Yes I coils for everything, caddy motor, camaro motor, and the original 5.3l truck coils and accessories. Basically my garage is full of a ton of stuff for these motors its just a matter of setting up and going.

I have another question, probably dumb but oh well. What computer do I need to use for each vehicle? I have a total of 3 computers, the stock camaro LS1, the caddy 6.0L, and the truck stock 5.3L computer. Since I am putting the 6.0 in the camaro and the camaro 5.7 in the truck, which vehicle uses what computer? Thanks again

OK I am going to get the heads milled down, should I go with .030 and then use stock gaskets or what gaskets do I use?

I'd go .040" and use some stock MLS gaskets made for the LS1 bore size, so you don't lose any compression.

OK, another stupid questions, which head bolts do I use on each motor? The LS1 heads used different head bolts then the 6.0 heads.

Do some searching and figure out if .040" is safe to do on these heads. I'm not sure how much you can go without intake fitment issues.

Plenty of guys go .050"+, so i'm sure .040" would be fine. Just don't forget to check pushrod length or take the easy way out and order some 7.360" rods.

With the headbolt issue, you're talking about the LS1 having the long headbolts and the 6.0 having the short ones, right?

You need to match the headbolts to the blocks. The heads are the same. You can pick up some head studs off ebay or just order some replacments from rockauto/parts store.
