Help Wiring Up MDS Injector Plugs

i have all the solid pink wires in B location and its running. as a matter of fact i just looked at it and cyinder 1 injector is wired with the pink wire in A location and thats how its been since we installed the motor and its been tuned on so i dont guess its hurting anything

I just hooked mine up in the same orientation the factory ones were in. I un-hooked and hooked up one wire at a time so I wouldn't get confused. It's been running like this for well over a year.

Damnit! I just pulled up an old pic and found that the pinks are opposite of yours. What do I do? Keep in mind they are the truck rails and injectors.
Also I wonder if it matter that the wiring harness is 02 truck and the injectors are 98 f-body?

Power on one side pcm commanded ground on the other. Wire them and go....
