Default here we go again/Transgo

m in the middle of the transgo sonnax vette servo install and need some help
the video and instructions for the transgo have got me confused
the video shows a checkball going back in the spring of the small hole
at the forward accum not where the pinless piston is where you have to take the roll pin out
if that made any sense whatsoever

well when I took the roll pin out it shot out and i looked all over for the check ball and couldnt find it so I put it back without 1
will that be ok?

what does sonnax mean by
lightly stake the pin bore after pressing in *****?

for the release servo valve
when sonnax says spacer plate is that the seperator plate?
how large to drill orifice A and B when using a vette servo?

how large to drill holes for seperator plate
I see nine holes to drill 1-2 and 2-3 is labeled but not 3-4
Hitman said long ago 1-2 .070 2-3 .093 3-4 .082
where is 3-4 and what about all the other holes
would it be safe with .082 on all the rest?

that was chapter 1 ill probably write chapter 2 tomorrow

Thanks yall

You will find the video to be inconsistent with the instructions. Always go by the instructions. The video is for reference only, it's intent is to help you make visual identification of the sub-assemblies.

i did the same thing as you only mine didn't shoot out!! there isnt a check ball that goes in there. im not sure why the movie shows there needing to be one but the instructions dont.

im assuming you are trying to put in a pinless accumulator? i tried to do the same thing but i ended up giving up on it. when i went to stick the check ball in to the hole where the pin went i found the ball to be to big and i wouldn't stay in there im going to start a post on it shortly to see how other people did it.

i have a super servo in mine and i didnt add any washers (instructions call them spacers), and i didnt drill out 1-2 at all. i was recomended by some people here to not do it and im glad i listened. it shifts to hard for me when im just crusing around. i did drill out all the other holes to what the instuctions said. just remember once you drill them out you cant go back!! how hard do you want it to shift when your just driving normal?

I'm going to do my install this weekend. I will be installing a Corvette servo, cooler, and a Transgo. I want it to shift just a little more firm than stock at part throttle. I wanna hear 'em bark at WOT. Any idea on how to do that? I have HP Tuners if I need to do something in the PCM to accomplish this.

thats good to know I didnt lose one of my *****

when I put the 2 ***** in behind the pinless acc valve
I set the vb on end and drove them in lightly with a punch
that was about the same size as the ***** ...worked great

I want it to feel normal until I get on it
I saw a Z the other day that barked 2 at any speed
thats just not for me
I want short definite shifts

i think they might have given me to big of check *****! the only way to get mine in there would be to drill the valve body out, or maybe beat the **** out of them untill they go in!!!
with the super servo in i can bark the tires now its sorta cool, but im sure it will get old quick. it shift hard just crusing.

redvho im not sure how your going to do that. i think you are going to have to pick one. there might be a way to get it to work maybe its drilling out a couple of the 9 holes and leaving some stock. but i have no idea
