All the fuses are good. One of the first things we tried was the old school carb trick and nothing happened. Did a compression test and every cylinder is 185 +/- 3. The reason why it spins so easy is everything is teflon coated, it has very low parasitic friction loss - lol I guess it has no friction loss right now since it won't run. All the injectors are firing, they have a good atomized spray. My brother and his friend are both techs and have tried everything imaginable, but now they're saying might have to repull the motor and start tearing it back down to see if it is a mechanical failure of some sort.

Have you tried an injector test light (autozone/napa) or are you going off hp tuner? It sounds like a VATS or injector issue to me. are you sure that the throttlebody is moving and allowing air in?

We have it jumping a 1/4" gap. Throttlebody blade is moving. Swapped out the BCM with a known good module. Swapped out the TAC with a known good module. IT's starting to look like we're gonna have to pull the motor again and start looking deep for a mechanical issue.

I'm thinking valve train. You're getting a spark and injectors are firing. Valves may not be opening to let ne air & fuel in??? Definitely let us know what you find out. Mind boggling to say the least.

You have confirmed that it is getting air, fuel, & spark. That only leaves timing. I would check the timing chain/gears, make sure that you do not have it a tooth off. Not saying that it wasnt put together right, I have just seen it happen a WHOLE lot. It would be the easiest thing to check mechanically. If it is off a tooth, go ahead & start buying some valves! I say something came lose, something simple is not connected or is barely in the plug socket that is keeping it from cranking over.
If a wire plug came lose on a sensor it will not tell you that sensor is bad because it cannot read it, it is not plugged in, it will not even through a code unless it is running, witch is something it wont do right now but it did run for 2 days.
