See... when I get home in a week, I will be doing my tuning in the evenings and the temps will be 50's max!! Your right, I will order it. Well done. You gonna tweak your advance a little more tonight?

Got friends coming into town tonight for the weekend, so I probably won't get to it until sunday or monday. I'll keep you posted.

00blacktrailwagon -$935 ouch. But I do believe it was worth it! I did save a lot by buying the Whipple used though. It is a Spearco 2-230 model intercooler. I have heard of people finding them in good condition used though. I think that is the way to go since it is just a chunk of aluminum with no mechanics to it. Not much could happen to a used one as long as it was not dropped or has any leaks.

I bumped the timing to 18, got no knock. Bumped it to 19, got some knock. So I ended up getting 3 more degrees.
