high 220's/low 230's cam, around 600 lift, and a 3800-4000 converter and 4.10/4.56 gears will be what you need to make that 5.3 run as hard as you are wanting... then all the necessary additions like heads, headers, tuning (not through the mail) and suspension. the nitrous will work well on a setup like that...

Wow, im very impressed with the replies, big time. Its late for me now and i was excited to see what everyone had to say. Very good. I will chime in again after i get time to more research and decide what im going to do. To tell you guys one thing. I will be going with a 100 or a 150 shot of n2o if that matters with my new found cam selection, etc.

If you guys had to tell me what to run with cam specs, intake, headers, stall, tune? (not through mail tune?) and n2o what list and types and sizes would you run? PS BTW im not doing the moser axle 5 lug swap or hub swap anymore. Not worth the money and i do not want to tub. How in the world do i find a decent looking weld type wheel and tuck in the rear and front with a slick out back. What size to run and tuck i have now clue with that size and slick??

Stall will depend on cam size...
as for the other stuff
Fast intake 102mm if ya got the money
WCCH or PRC- P&P'd heads
1 7/8 longtubes
Definately a Circle-D stall once ya choose the cam like i said
And a plate kit for NX
You'll need bigger injectors too, i'd say 42lbrs
If you can't hit 11s with that setup.... give me the parts and sell the truck. hahaha

ok, after doing a little more reading and researching im revamping my motor plans.
Stock intake for now? I dont want to spend $900 on a fast intake right now.
So Longtubes, Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
"TR 224-112" - 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA 1700-6600, NX plate and 100 shot setup, 3800 stall. Sound good? Will i be ok with stock intake for the time being? Will i be ok with stock injectors with this setup? Thanks for all the help so far guys.

stock intake and injectors should be alright..
but i would definitely look into doing 8.1L injectors and a 90mm TBSS intake..

or this cam??? Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
"Split Pattern" - 230/236 .592/.602 112 LSA 2400-6800 RPM Power Band. Excellent mid-range & high RPM power. 3200 stall, 3.42 gear, computer tuning required. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.
