hmm...saw an LQ9 in an extended cab at the chevy dealer today...

Default hmm...saw an LQ9 in an extended cab at the chevy dealer today...

and NO it wasn't an SS. Looks like you can order the 6.0 in thr 1500's now Oh, it also has the factory 20s

It's the new Chevy Silverado equipped with a "Z85" package.

I thought Z85 was something else??? I was going through the RPO's on my dad's 2000 sierra and he has Z85.

I have been seeing commericals of this truck recently. It comes with "fancy" 20" rims, however I don't know about the LQ9 motor. Are you sure it wasn't the Z71 off road package? If not, I'm lost.

No it was not z71. And it was not SS. And it was NOT the texas truck package thing. All it had was a little vortec sticker on drivers door and it had the LQ9.

yes sir it is a LQ9. a buddy of mine has one and i have looked at them at the dealer to.

I was just on KBB and it does list the 6.0 LQ9 as an option for the ext cab truck now, it's in the Silverado Performance Package and it only availible in certain states.
