The newer V6 trucks are an interesting mix of old and new technology....cable throttle body, returnless fuel system...

Dustin's gotta snag some returnless fuel rails since the ones on the motor are return style. Pedal is swapped already. The next interesting part is going to be getting the V8/4L60E harness to with with his 5 speed. Also, trying to find a clutch/flywheel setup that will work with the V8 and the 5 speed should be interesting.

The pedal was kinda easy...motor in easy...clutch i can buy from the OEM...just ran out of money we'll see how much i made on my last paycheck...but yes the transmission part is going to be hard...and figuring out what i am going to do with the fuel system.

UPDATE: Trading a return style fuel rail for a returnless this afternoon...flywheel will be here tomorrow or the next day...and the clutch assembly will be here friday...tonight going to get the harness installed and everything plugged in...maybe even start it...we'll see!
