NASCAR also has 100+ mph air, they use the tape on the grille to control cooling also

Don't the LS motors use a reverse flow coolant setup?

Why not finish the cardboard ducting/box of with some fibergalss?

This is really just a spur of the moment mod. If it gives me good gains at thr track i'll put some more time into redoing it to look nice.

the ram air setup on your camaro wasn't made of cardboard was it? seems like it was aluminum flexible dryer vent hose... the location of the "scoop" is what will play in to those results, just having a scoop down there will help in theory, but having it in a location that will capture otherwise wasted air and especially if that air is at a high velocity entry point.

This scoop is a good 6" higher than the inlets to my camaro were. I only made it out of cardboard cause it was quick. besides it's wrapped in flashing tape so it's fine.
We shall see next time i go to the track if it helped or not.

this scoop in comparrison to the one on the camaro is not what anyone is talking about... two different animals... should I write it in spanish, would you get it then?
