I think that calculator is alittle off by the way..... Unless you tlaking crank HP

they usually are refering to crank hp

cammin'03 is exactly right. if you do a mod worth 10 rwhp it is worth about a tenth- add 100 lbs back to your vehicle after the mod and you will be roughly about the same n 1/4 mile time.

I've always been told 100lbs=1/10, and 10 hp=1/10, so it works out to 100lbs=10hp. Ist just a comparison though. If you loose 100 lbs, it will have the same effect as adding 10 hp. The power to weight ratio is what you look at for comparison in acceleration test. Aerodynamics don't really come into play till around 90mph or better.
