who has the hotchkis drop and is it a good kit? is it too stiff in the back?

 

I don't have a hotchkis kit. I got mine from Aim. It's a 3/4. You can see it at my pic site. Springs, hangers and shackles. I have heard good things about the hotchkis kit. Also I ordered a 2/4 drop but as usual Aim can't get an order right and I wound up with a 3/4. I like it better but I've ordered stuff from them 3 times and it's been wrong all 3 times.

There's an install article in the Feb. 2002 Sport Truck.

 

yeah those leaf springs in sport truck look very level.hardly any arch at all.

I have only heard good things about it though!

 

i have the hotchkis 2/4 drop and i like it. i don't have rims yet but it still looks good with the stock rims. only problem i have and maybe somebody might know how to fix it is that i hear a loud rubbing noise, metal hitting metal. i don't know what it is and sometimes it gets freakin annoying. it doesn't happen all the time only now and then. later.......

 

thats wierd. do you still have the stock size tires too?
