Ive towed a bunch in the MS 95*+ heat with a turbo 6.0 at 440 to the wheels and never had a problem running LT1 Fans.. A transmission cooler is your best friend tho.

I swapped to the 34" rad and fans on a Trade so i been runnin them and now no turbo and still towing alot. Fans very rarely come on and Fan1 is set at 205*.
