How much more for 12s?

Nah, once I get my tune its track time. So, in 2 weeks I should be able to post an 1/8th mile time. That's the only local track, but I have one in my home town (1.5 hours away) that is the full 1/4th that I can go to once every couple months.
I figure I'm around 14 flat or so. That's just my guess.

I believe nitrous is the most efficient, best bang for the buck power adder available. It's cold (doesnt require intercooling), doesn't use crank HP to add power, and its puts down more power than most bolt on blowers can.

It's your choice, but your truck will not hang with the rest nor last as long. My truck for instance is my daily driver, very streetable, reliable, and 103,000 on the clock and still going strong.

I'm thinking you need to get some track times and then tell us what we got to work with. A budget might also be nice too.
You could check out the fastest truck list and see what all the guys on htere have done.

Nitrous is a safe power adder as long as you take the proper precautions when putting it on. I have sprayed on 2 vehicles, and have helped install kits on a few of my friends cars, and we NEVER had a single problem with any of them. On my car I didn't even have all of the safety equipment that I should have(because I am crazy like that), I just made sure not to gun it under 3k and made sure I had enough fuel. I don't feel that it is cheating that much, but I can see why someone who has never used it would think so. It sure does suck when you run out in the middle of a good race though.
By the way, to hit 12's I would go with a 3k stall, 100 shot, and slicks. You should have no problem there.
