I've heard they only rob 1-3 RWHP.

I have high flow metallic race cats and I can still smell gas, not that I complaining nor is the manager of the emissions place he likes my truck

Wont do any good for ur neighbors, like u said they must get hot to work, so cold starts u still will have a smell. The other thing is depending on ur tune u just might fry them them when u put on. Sorry, I no help.
