Default How to Route Dipstick Tube... Pics?

I'm trying to finish up my rebuild and I can't for the life of my get the ducking fipstick tube back in. I must of bent it when taking it out because nothing I've tried seems to work. Anyone have a pic of the passenger side of the engine. It's an '01 5.3L. Thanks!

If your still alive after all that then maybe this will help, it should fit between the number 6 and 8 primaries...

Yeah, that's what I thought this thread was originally about actually, then when he was talking engine dipstick I was like, ohhh that one's not too bad. That tranny dipstick caused me to hurt some nearby lemmings, dwarf's and smurf's I was soo pissed at it.

When I did my headers, I wrestled that dipstick out. Whew! I forgot if it was takin it out or twisting it back & forth to get it in, but i broke that stupid lil tab in Jules pic that attaches to block. Real thin metal. Even tho I have a new dipstick in my stash, I'm thinkin of springin for a Lokar.
W/. no tab, it goes ting against tube for A/C. Very annoying.
The Lokar is flexible, so I could bend it around headers to how I want to route, w/.in reason.

I see snap caps!

Between 6 and 8 like mentioned. I often see people try to go between 4 and 6.
