dont forget to disconnect the battery either! or you'll weld it to the starter. I had the end of mine missing after my header install

I finally got it in, thanks for the pic Spoolin. I did end up bending it slightly when removing it, so I had to bend it back into place to get it to bolt to the head.

Glad you got it, easier way I've found is to physically get under the truck and guide the tube into the hole.
