How should i redo my exhaust?

IMO I would do 3in" off the collectors into a Y-Pipe, then 3.5 into two Magnaflow mufflers in series then dump it over the axle....

I like that idea. A 3.5" single will flow the same as dual 2.5" and save you the complexity, cost and weight of a dual system. The only problem you may have is the noise level under boost if you use straight through mufflers.

This might help. Did a little math and compared stock pipe size to various other configurations. Dual 2.5 and single 3.5 have roughly the same volume.

I went with a true dual set up. I have TOG's too. I bought a 2.5" madrel bent SS y-pipe from Oxidizer. I used Magnaflow metallic cats 2.5" in/out into an x-pipe. Mandrel bent 2.5" aluminized steel from the x-pipe back into a SS magnaflow 2.5" dual in/out. I just passed SMOG about 3 weeks ago here in NorCal.
