Default how to tell which fuel system I have?

Own a 2003 GMC sierra denali 1500, seems like some of this year have return style and some have return-less fuel systems. What is the easiest way to tell which I have? Dont see a fpr anywhere in the engine bay but I am sure the stocker would be small.
Looking to hop up to about 600hp soon, and want to know if my stock system could handle it or what would be best replaced without spending a ton of money. Thanks

If you have two fuel lines on the driver side fuel rail area it is a return style.
