Default How's this cam?

I'm thinking of doing a cam swap and found a lingenfelter cam. Here's the specs of it: cam lift .314, valve lift .533 both intake and exhaust, lobe separation 114.6, crank degree duration 217.9/219.3 Bere in mind that I don't know **** about cams, would this be a good cam? Would there be any tuning needed and would it work with a HPP3? Also what do I need for a cam swap ( cam oil, springs, gaskets, etc..?)???????????

well you would need springs for sure and not sure about the hpp3 tunning. gaskets needed would be water pump, timing chain, valve cover, front bearing seal, "timming chain and oil pump" stuff in perenthesis depends on miles on truck motor
i think thats all you need but some one else should chime in later, kevin
