Default HPP3 is now installed

i got it today, and just put it in. i like it . i set the rev at 5700 and top speed at 117 i believe. shift points +4 +10 +0. is that good, or should i change them. not sure, i think thats what i read that people are using. anyway, for some reason, it feels like when i punch it at like 35, that my tires break lose, are they, or is it just my imagination.

Great, glad you like it. Your tires could be breaking a little. I would recommend setting your rev limiter to 6200 though. With a +10 2-3 shift, you may bump that 5700 setpoint. Also, if you ever do a dyno run on it, it will need to be 6200.

Greg... thats cool you can do the +5 on the 1-2 shift. My rev limiter is at 6200 but when I tried it on +5 I would hit the limiter. I set it back to +4, +12, +4

i cant tell a big difference in the shift firmness, but i know its there, its not as slow of a lag between shifts. man i love this thing, why did i take so long to get it

why do you guys have your top shift point only up 4 mph, most of the people i've heard are taking their's up 10 or more mph, but maybe that's just around here. fill me in

Some guys also have issues with the rev limiter hitting.
