Default Huge Magnaflow installed, definately wife approved!

I finally got around to installing the new magnaflow muffler... What should have been a simple muffler swap went south real quick... First off it is definately longer than the previous magnaflow and freaking heavier... Everything started out fine, then i ran out of wire... So i switched to my spare roll of flux core, then damnit it ran out... so i had to run and get another roll.... it took like 4 hours total to weld the damn thing in...

It has about 1/2 the volume at idle, but cruising it is completely quiet! all i could hear is the wind blowing, no exhaust sound... It still has some rumble at WOT but nothing like it used to....

I still have the round 5 x18 in front of this one

I installed magnaflow 12579

compared to old one...

what the inside looks like

How does it compare performancewise to your old one?

I don't like the fact that it's not straight through, but IDK if that makes a huge difference.
