The truck is still running a little funky, but I'm tossing a bunch of B12 and lucas injector cleaner into it and see what it does.

your fuel pump could still be going out though mine went out in like 45 to 55 k got it replaced under warranty and have almost 112 k on it now. also if you did run out of gas you sucked all that crap at the bottom of the tank up too so keep running the cleaner thru and check the filter you just put on it may be full of crap again. at least thats what i would do lol

I plan on changing it again in a few days. I already have another filter in the garage waiting

I'm also gonna change plugs more than likely.
