Hydraulic belt tensioner anyone??

Default Hydraulic belt tensioner anyone??

I know some Volvos and the new Pontiac Grand Am have them, but I was looking for one to use on my 5.3 to attempt to calm the serpentine belt down under rapid deceleration. Anyone have ANY info on these things?

as far as i have seen there is not one for the 5.3s yet

i know someone makes a fixed tensioner for LS1's (katech?) maybe that would help it out some?

That's what I have and the belt still vibrates on deceleration.
