yep looks like ill be going n/a for now....

and norris my intake sits in the engine bay but it was a monster puddle.

so i can get an lq9 tr224 410s and a 3000 stall for now. we'll see what happens.

you ll get same results if your filter gets wet and cant get air through there.pull the filter,clean the maf an see if that helps

seems to run fine except idle it sounds like a cam

I just find it hard to believe you coud hyrolock it running through a puddle. Maybe if you ran it into a lake. Let it dry up and see what happens

I've seen many a car bend a rod running through a big enough puddle...we have a new LS460 in our shop right now that has a shortblock on order for that exact thing. Seems like it would have to be one hell of a puddle to get up into one of our truck's stock airbox location though....
