this is going to be soo much easier than swaping pullys. this thing is really easy to use, i didn't even need to look at the instructions to figure it out. you can adjust the boost on the fly. you can directly turn the **** to the desired boost level if you want. it also has 4 chanels that you can preset and then just click the **** right or left to choose that chanel. right now i have it set at 6,7,8 and 9psi so for each click to the right it will go up one psi

you can also set the "gain" wich apears to be how fast the boost comes on or you can tell it to learn the gain and after a few boost cycles it will learn the fastest it can bring the boost on without over shooting.

there is some way to control the boost based on mph or rpm too but you need some extra parts for that to work.

got my 57lb(66lb actual) injectors today too. now i just have to sit and wait........ for that kit to show.

Thats the best part of a turbo is the ‘off switch’ for high boost when you dont have any water/alcohol left, or dont have any of the good gas in the tank.

Keep us posted on your turbo progress. I for one live vicariously through your turbocharged adventures.

is that kind of like a progressive controller for a nitrous system? kinda like killing boost low for traction sakes and so-on?

it can be if that is how you want to set it up. i dont see needing it that way. what i do see is using it as a staged set up so i can pick how much i want to win a race by. set it at 6psi and if the other guy is catching me click it to 9psi, if he is still hanging then click it to 12psi, still there? hit the 100shot

but yeah it would work great for traction limited set ups, it would just ramp it up with the mph.

I had a Grand National that I put a manual boost controler on. Filled the tank with 110octain and went out on a satuday night of import killing. It was a blast adding 7 pounds of boost on the fly. You can win a lot of sucker races that way, I made a lot of money racing low boost for a little cash, then high boost for a lot of cash.

Just clean your rear bumper and tail gate so the truck looks good when you are racing.
