I blew it...
Radix install on my SS that is.
I'm not quite finished with the total install. Main compressor is installed, but not the heat exchanger or pump. Will get to that over the holiday. Runs fine without the intercooler, something like a whipple I'd say. I made a very quick adjustment to my N/A tune, then drove it to work today. I took it easy most of the way, logging with EFI, but did give it a good romp a time or two.
I think I'm going to be happy with this. Even with the crude last minute tune and no intercooler, its running very strong. Night and day difference over my old 99Z71 and whipple. EFI logs were suprising to say the least.

Random install tips:
instructions say to drain the coolant. Don't, no real reason to drain it. You'll lose a bit when you swap the vent pipe, but not much. Also, skip the throttle body coolant pipes and go straight from the radiator to the new vent pipe.
Instructions also say to test fit the new vent pipe, then remove material from alternator bracket. Mine vent pipe was 1/4" away from the main alt bracket, but touched in one spot further left. I was able to hand file the aluminum to clear in about 2 minutes.
They also have you removing the alternator for the install. I just lifted the compressor over it. If you aren't strong enough you may want to remove the alternator. If you have help, you can probably do it safely with the alt in place.
My fuel lines were a tight fit until I bent them some from the back to reach the new fuel rails better.

I haven't taken the time to splice in the new IAT plug. It was using the stock MAF IAT sensor, which mostly read in the 40s through the day. I'll wire in the new one and log it tomorrow.
That would have been my luck.

On mine ... I had to remoe the altenator bracket. It wouldn't go in no way no how with it in there. I have some nice scratches on the cowl from the top center bolt to show for that one too.
Maybe the SS has a little body lifton it to give it the extra clearance.
The install really is simple and straight forward.

Thats interesting. The back side of my alt bracket was already clearanced from the factory. It isn't straight like the install docs, it starts downward, then angles to the front of the truck. Not sure on the body lift, I doubt it. Maybe its the extended cab frame.
