Some of the early trucks needed to be ground....

The newer trucks are good to go....That means you Grippy, get that damn thing installed.

Congrats on the install Tex....good to hear there is another blownSS in the world!

I'll be happy to log before and after intercooler temps. Even without the cooler, it held 16.5* timing (I had 17 in the table) through a full 2nd gear blast with no knock retard until 6000 rpms where it was pretty lean. O2s were right on .900 until the MAF maxxed out, then they went slowly down hill. I made another tune this evening and will test it tomorrow.

I'm running a 3" pulley right now. I've got a 2.75, but I'll rarely run that one.

I think my bracket had to be ground on a little too. I don't remember exactly where, but I knew to look for it when putting it on and took care of it.

OK, swapped the IAT harness this morning. Before the swap, my IATs were about 3-5* above my mirror temp display. Its was 27* outside this morning. After the swap, My IATs leveled out at 122*. They might have fallen more if I have been cruising on the freeway. I did a 2nd gear run for 6 seconds. IATs went from 122 to 147 when I let off. They continued to climb to a peak of 156* 6 seconds after I let off. IATs fell about 2-3* every 10 seconds after that , then down to 133* 1 minute after the WOT run. I'm sure the cold outside temps kept the IATs from going through the roof.

Even with the high IATs, I was getting 18* timing and only had a single instance of 3* knock. Still need to add more fuel. It was pulling hard at 6400 rpms.
