My injectors have been maxed for a long time, but I'm not seeing any lean spots from them. I think they max out about the same time the MAF maxes out. I'm thinking the maxed MAF might have something to do with the injectors maxing, but I dunno about that.

shouldn't be unless they are sized about the same. the stock maf reads to 60lb's and the 42's? or what ever they are should be good to around 42x8/.55= 610hp. just so happens they are about the same capasity.

hmm, richard.. better be carefull with that thing, adding fuel with PE may have no effect

oh yeah, rule of thumb, one lb of air = 10hp for FI.

Thanks for the info. What is the conversion rate for true MAF Hz? The EDIT MAF table stops at 12000 Hz, but I logged values more than that. I'm curious as to what they might be in pounds of air.

Minus blower drag too I think.

So ... that would be 600 - 60 for the blower, which would come out to 540, minus ~20%. Ending up at about 430.

yep, yep, and yep.

for me 60lb's is a little under 500rwhp, that works out to about 20% driveline loss. with my converter locked that is probably a decent guess.

dont really know how to extend the maf freq into lb's, have you seen the maf chart from edit? it is going up prety fast at that point. looking at the chart i see 45lb's at 11hz and 60lb's at 12hz so if you continue a little acceleration on that ramp i would guess if you hit 13hz you might be between 75 and 80lb's

what all do you have done to that motor richard? you must have a nice cam and some decent heads on there? along with some good exhaust? at 8psi in the cold with an intercooler i am just bumping the maf limit. stock heads could be hurting me quite a bit i suppose.

Sounds about right to me. Thats 430 rwhp at 4800 rpms though.

Where does 430rwhp cross on this radix dyno?

I didn't see 13K Hz, but it did get to 12,700 near 6400 rpms.

I haven't installed my heads yet. Just comp 218 XE high lift cam, ASM headers with 3" collectors, dual 3" echaust w/o cats, and most other bolt-ons. I'm currently running a single 3" out muffler though. In the last two days, its developed a nasty exhaust leak at the 3 bolt collectors. I think the backpressure blew out the paper gaskets.
