I have oil in my intake runners please help!

My father and I built the motor. We had a local machine shop put in the cam bearings, and we did everything else. The pressure seemed good until the sending unit went out and now it is low with a new sending unit. I do have a manual guage but it goes in place of the dending unit, I will be testing it today.

How about the oil pump pickup tube o-ring? I know alot of guys have had issues with different size/style o-rings not fitting properly. I'd also check and make sure it's in straight and not kinked.
BTW, I did more research on those intake rocker bolt holes, and it's common and normal for ported heads. Some liquid teflon or other sort of sealer should fix you up.

you may also have a oil pump itself going out.... I have replaced many of them at work for low oil pressure.... I have also replaced a few clusters b/c of this also. I would get an adapter to replaced the oil filter, put a manual guage on it, get some kind of scan tool that will allow you to see data, and compare all 3 of them at once. If the manual guage and scan tool are reading ok then you need a cluster... hope this helps
